● The Kinsmen Club of Chatham and any affiliated individuals, groups or organizations
acting on behalf of the Kinsmen will not be held responsible if, due to circumstances
beyond our control, the Hall is not available for use. Rent and security deposit will be
returned to the renter.

The Kinsmen Club of Chatham hereby grants permission to use the facilities as outlined,
subject to terms and conditions of the Agreement as stated in this “Rental Agreement”.
The undersigned has read and on behalf of the renter, agrees to be bound by this
agreement and the terms and conditions as stated in this “Rental Agreement”, and hereby
warrants and represents that he/she executes this rent agreement on behalf of the renter
and has sufficient power, authority and capacity to bind with his/her signature.
