This application and contract agreement is made between the Kinsmen Club of

Chatham (herein after the Kinsmen) and the Exhibitor/vendor.

Booth fee non refundable unless cancelled by the Kinsmen

Booth fee 1 table $45.00 2 tables $ 55.00

Booth size is 10ftx10ft, extra table makes it 10ft x 20ft

Vendors need to be completely set up for the entire duration of the Garage sale

which will be 9:00am until 3:00pm

Set up time is from 8:00am until 9:00am and tear down from 3.00pm to 4:00pm

You are responsible for all parts of your booth. Electrical outlets are available for

making sure items work.

Vendor parking is at the rear of the arena and on the east side only. Please leave

the main parking lot for customers.

All left over items must be disposed of by the vendor and nothing left behind by

4:30pm that day. June 20.
