This Application and Contract agreement is made between the Kinsmen Club of Chatham (hereinafter the Kinsmen) and the Exhibitor/Vendor.

Booth fee is $75 for outside Saturday May 30 and Sunday May 31, 2026. Booth fee of $25 per day is available for Thursday May 29 and Friday May 30 between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. For a special fee of $100 we will allow you to set up for the four-day event. Booth size is 10X10ft. A 10X20ft will be two booths. Weekend vendors need to be set up for the entire time Saturday 11:59 am to 7 pm and Sunday 11:59 am to 4 pm. Set up from 10 am to 11:58 am on Saturday and Sunday morning. You are responsible for all parts to your booth. Electrical outlets are not available. We will provide a table and chair. Car is allowed on West Side of Arena if needed.

Only 1 direct sales vendor allowed. First come first served. Ex… Scentsy, Tupperware etc. If you do not disclose your product and you duplicate, you will be asked to leave.

Artisans and crafters may have duplicate items as these are deemed to be at least 80% of times being handmade. These are considered different than vendor direct sales items.
