The Kinsmen club of Chatham and the Municipality of Chatham-Kent assume no

responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused by or to vendors, staff or

vendor agents or display materials.

Vendors and their display materials must remain inside the boundaries of their

booth(s).

The Kinsmen club of Chatham reserves the right to limit the number of vendors

and accept or reject any application.

The deadline for application to be accepted is Wednesday June 17th 2026.

Payment confirms your spot. Once you have received an invoice by email or text,

please submit paymentoption 1 in cash immediately to Kinsmen club of Chatham

option 2 e-transfer to Chathamkinsmen@gamil.com

Signing and dating this document, is an insurance requirement for you to

participate in the Kinsmen Giant Garage Sale. Following the terms and conditions

of this agreement. The undersigned understands the risks inherent to

participating in this event and willingly accepts those risks. The undersigned and

their staff agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Kinsmen club of Chatham &

Kin Canada as well as the Municipality of Chatham-Kent from any liability of any

kind for their participation in the Kinsmen Giant Garage Sale.
